We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) calendar days (extendable by another forty-five days where permitted by law). To verify your identity, we will reply from privacy@seald.nromomentum.com and ask you to confirm from the email address associated with the documents or account in question; we do not ask for government identification, social-security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers.

3. Security and vulnerability disclosure

We welcome reports of security weaknesses. Our full Vulnerability Disclosure Policy describes scope, response timelines, and our safe-harbor commitment. A machine-readable copy of the contact information is published at /.well-known/security.txt per RFC 9116.

4. Abuse, copyright, and illegal content

To report content sent through Seald that you believe is fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy:

For DMCA takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), include all six required elements: identification of the work, identification of the material to be removed and its location, your contact information, a good-faith-belief statement, an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and your physical or electronic signature.

7. Postal address

Postal correspondence will be acknowledged but is the slowest channel and not recommended for time-sensitive matters.
