Seald is a quieter way to sign, send, and store documents — built for the contracts you actually care about. Upload a PDF, place a signature, and end up with a sealed document and a complete audit trail.
Three steps to a sealed document.
Upload a PDF, place fields, and send a signing link.
Drop in a PDF
Up to 25 MB. On a phone, start from a photo. We keep the original PDF in our cloud storage, separate from the sealed copy. You can also save the sealed PDF to a Google Drive folder you choose.
Place fields and signers
Drop signature, date, initial, and text fields anywhere on the page. Add the signers you need. Everyone is invited at the same time.
Sign or send for signature
Type, draw, or upload your signature. Or send a quiet, professional email to your signers and watch it complete.
Built for the contracts you actually care about.
A focused product. No advertising pixels and no AI reading your contracts. Optional, consent-gated visit counts on the marketing site.
Sign it yourself
Drop in a PDF, sign, and download the sealed copy.
Request signatures
Add the signers you need. Everyone is invited at the same time. Send a reminder yourself, whenever you want. No automatic reminders.
Reusable templates
Save the fields and the usual signers. Next time they're filled in for you to edit.
Separate audit PDF
An audit PDF with the signer's email, IP, user-agent, and the time we recorded each step, chained with SHA-256. The sealed PDF is timestamped by an external RFC 3161 service when that service is available.
A hash you can check
The sealed PDF is hashed with SHA-256. When a seal is applied, changing the file breaks that seal — anyone can check it, including without an account.
Try a drawing pad in your browser.
Nothing you draw here is saved or signed. Inside Seald you can type, draw, or upload a signature for the document you're sending.
- Inside Seald: type, draw, or upload
Every completed envelope includes a separate audit PDF.
Who did what, when, and from where, with a link anyone can use to verify the file.
- 01 Identity evidence We email a private link to the address you enter, and we record IP address and browser on the signing steps. Signers do not need a Seald account.
- 02 Cryptographic fingerprint We hash the file before and after sealing. When a seal is applied, editing the sealed PDF breaks that seal.
- 03 External RFC 3161 timestamp An external RFC 3161 timestamp, so the seal time doesn't depend on our clock — when the timestamp service is available.
This document is sealed.
